Other helpful points
- See when the flame is lit at the start - darkness inside and reflection from the opposite side shield makes sure you know when its lit and can easily see when its out. The side panels can be opened or removed if you want
- Keep the food hotter, or a wider temperature range you can choose from. Very often food in chafing dishes isn't very hot. Several reasons for this include the heat drifting away and the lid being off while people are serving themselves.
