Our Values and Philosophies (sounds boring, but they matter and are an important part of the product because they guide many decisions along the way. It’s what we stand for! Cre8v Company will be special and operate differently.

- Choosing the name Cre8v Company is intended to communicate several ideas. We're Cre8v and the most direct way to express this is in our name. It's a fundamentally important element of our identity that rises above any mission statement. It's always in front of all - it's our name and permeates everything we do. Whenever you say it, you say what we're about. We will operate differently in a number of ways, some of which we know from the start, that will evolve as we progress and grow. Company can have a slightly different meaning to a variety of people. Basically it means a group of people combining their efforts toward common goals. For us Company includes our customers and others that participate in our community, as well as employees, suppliers and others. We always strive to be better in all ways.
- The customer is first priority - for real! This is a common statement you’ll read on many websites and online stores. Some practice it well, others not so much. For us it is a fundamental truth. Customers are the only reason we do what we do. Each order is important to us because it is for you. We will make sure it’s the best for you, your truck and your family, friends, coworkers and/or employees.
- Direct connection to the customers or users of EZEStep, RockerKing, EZESpare or any other product. We sell directly to you to minimize supply chain added costs and processing time. We highly value direct communication with you to get feedback and suggestions, as well as respond to problems that may arise. You’re the first to know about new products and give input and suggestions if you want. A common phrase is 2 heads are better than 1, so by extension many heads are much better.
- Engineering work before prototyping and production consists of several phases. The first of these is seeing a problem or problems that consumers experience that isn't being solved at all, could be solved better or more economically. this is the phase that all other activities are based on. For this we will seek the views, suggestions, observations and other thoughts of our customers and others who wish to contribute to
- Fair pricing - we are committed to providing the best value for you. High product quality, materials and durability at a fair price. We focus on making the best, durable products for you, at a price that is fair and low. We don’t make cheap, we make great at a good price.
- Made in Cambridge, Ontario by Cre8v Company. Quality materials and efficient, robust manufacturing. Direct control of design, manufacturing and more control over material supply. We believe strongly in making our product here, where our customers are, working with local suppliers and strengthening our local economy. Off shore supply is very common, but comes with a number of problems, including not employing local people. Canadian quality and our values are built in with the view that we're making our products for our friends and neighbors.
- Made by users of the product and people who care. We're proud of what we make. We work hard to make EZEStep, RockerKing, EZESpare and others to make life EZEer and better for you.
- Resources used and environmental impact – We design for a long life (ie longer than your truck/vehicle), fully, infinitely recyclable steel and stainless steel, minimal plastic.
